The Problem

Keeping your hydration system clean, dry, and ready for use. Does your hydration system smell funky? Have you noticed mold growth? Is it a pain to keep your hydration system clean? After cleaning, does your water have a chemical smell and taste? Hydration bladders are soft sided and tend to collapse on themselves. When damp, the sides stick together providing a near perfect environment for Biofilm growth. Bleach is a great bacteria and mold remover but leaves a chemical taste in your drinking water and does nothing to dry the bladder. There are some unconventional approaches: hangers, silicon gel desiccant packets and stuffed towels.

The Solution

The HyDry pod system is the first and most effective way of drying out your hydration system bladder, leaving you with a dry, safe hydration bladder that is ready for your next use. It helps eliminate Biofilm build up and prevents bacteria and mold growth. It inflates the bladder, keeping the soft-sides apart, allowing air flow throughout the bladder system.

How does the HyDry Pod work?

The technical approach to dry the hydration system bladder is to circulate dry ambient air throughout the bladder. This will be accomplished using the attachable patented cap system for the bladder and an internal source of blown dry ambient air. Blowing ambient air into the bladder serves two purposes: 1) It inflates the bladder and keeps the sides from touching one another, allowing air flow throughout the bladder. 2) Accelerates the drying of the hydration system bladder in a natural and efficient way. Drying times vary depending on humidity levels, size, and condition of your hydration system bladder.
